Krka
National park Krka boasts with attractive Krka river falls on tuff barriers.
Besides beautiful nature, there is a small islet of Visovac located in the park with Franciscan monastery and up the river there is Krka monastery, both locations being witness of spiritual tradition in Dalmatia. The national park\'s main purpose is to protect the river Krka as well as provide recreation and education to the visitors. The river Krka is a natural phenomenon with seven waterfalls and drop in altitude of 242 metres. It is 72,5 kilometres long.
The area was proclaimed a national park in 1985. It is located just 14 km from Sibenik and 80 km from Zadar. Krka National Park is a prime example of untouched nature, with a rich flora and fauna and breathtaking sights. Our taxi service is at your disposal.
